A folk song is a song that families and communities sing together, and is passed down from generation to generation. Different cultures have different folk songs, so people may know a lot of different songs. Now is your chance to share your favorite folk song from home!
Directions:
1.) Ask someone at home (a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or loved one) to teach you a song that they learned when they were a child.
You can also choose a song that you sung/loved/listened to when you were younger.
2.) Once you have learned the song, record a video of yourself singing it (so you can teach the song to your music teacher!)
3.) Submit your video on Seesaw, Schoology, or email it to your music teacher
